"I will send to all of them an e-mail confirming the information on your "invitation" form and give them the email address of Jenna who will then send them visa instructions.
Please communicate to all of your interns that we do not advise to purchase the ticked until they have been granted a visa. They could book it for the date you have told them but they should make sure that they can either cancel it or change the dates without having to pay a huge fine or loose the money.
We have plenty of time for creating the visa paperwork, sending it to them by urgent currier and for them to make a visa appointment."
